- 40 minute virtual meeting – we will clean out your pantry & fridge while discussing why we are discarding certain items and what we can replace it with.
- Nutrition Label 101 – I will teach you how to read a nutrition label so you can differentiate between health and junk food.
- Shopping List – I will compile a shopping list for you with items to replace what we discarded.
- Email with my thoughts on what I see as your food cravings and hang ups with tips on how to overcome your cravings.
